Records Destruction Checklist
  • Identify records for destruction
  • Check box for consistency
  • Assign box number
  • Create box index, if necessary
  • Complete and attach box label and mark with red X
  • Complete RIM Worksheet (If you can not view the form please download Formatta Filler)
  • Email the form to RIM
  • RIM office receives approval for destruction
  • RIM office contacts F and S for removal and faxes worksheet to Records Manager
  • RIM forwards completed DARM form to Departmental Coordinator
