Data is collected for West Nile Virus in humans, birds, mosquito pools, and horses. This data is maintained in the New Jersey State West Nile Virus Surveillance System. All New Jersey residents can access the system for general statewide data by sending a request by emailing Floyd Borden at NJDHSS. Once you are provided a login and password you can access the system by logging in to the State of New Jersey's website (any resident can log in) and then clicking on West Nile Virus Surveillance under DHSS Applications in the lower left part of the screen.
