The Cape May County Park & Zoo Education Department will strive to encourage the preservation of wildlife and their habitats through entertaining educational experiences both on and off of zoo grounds. The Cape May County Park & Zoo Education Department believes that each visitor, regardless of their age, should leave feeling more knowledgeable and inspired. This is achieved through informative zookeeper talks, visits to local schools/community events, private zoo tours, Jr. Zookeeper Days, zoo camps, pre-school classes, and special seasonally themed events. The Cape May County Park & Zoo Education Department accentuates learning through hands on experiences, and encourages participation and interaction.
