The Civil Division is responsible for the serving of process papers and the execution of writs. (Writ of Execution against Wages, Writ of Possession, Writ of Attachment, Writ of Replevin, Sheriff Sales, Writ of Execution against Goods or Lands). Please be sure to provide correct and complete addresses for anyone that needs to be served. A process server will deliver all court papers to the address provided by the complainant.

You may pick up any paperwork at the Superior Court House that we have attempted to serve you, please call ahead so that the paperwork can be left at the Court House for you.
