Cape May Ranks No. 5 on the List of Top Places to Stay in 2016

Cape May is of the top 10 places to stay in the United States in 2016 according to Trivago, the hotel booking and online review site, landing above popular destinations like Charleston, South Carolina, and Key West, Florida. In order to come up with the list, Trivago collected data and user views from 31 popular booking sites to narrow down the top 10 most-praised destinations in the country. Using the Trivago Rating Index, Cape May received an 83.80% online reputation, earning its rightful fifth place and only falling shortly behind popular towns like Sedona, Arizona, and Volcano, Hawaii.

If you’ve been to Cape May, New Jersey, you know why it made the list. Millions of beachcombers flock to Cape May annually to enjoy the warm sun, pristine beach and romantic vibe. Outside of the beach, the area has additional year-round activities like antiquing, golfing, biking, hiking, fishing and wine tasting.
