CCA is restoring the Franklin Street School, a New Jersey African-American Historic Site, as a Community Cultural Center. CCA also owns and operates WCFA-LP 101.5 FM, a low-power community radio station with jazz and community-generated programming serving lower Cape May County. A multicultural educational organization whose arts and humanities programs foster creativity, community-building and appreciation for the rich diversity of our world. Programs include: Art classes for adults; a Youth Arts Program from September to May and summer arts camps in Cape May; after-school programs, and youth arts exhibits; and annual Community Outreach Events including Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Birthday Party in January.
