Family Flu Clinic

Cape May County Department of Health will be hosting flu clinics in different locations throughout Cape May County. If possible please print out the general consent form prior. The form can be accessed by going to http://capemaycountynj.gov/622/Seasonal-Influenza. The form well be available at the flu clinics as well.
