[ARCHIVED] Rutgers Cooperative Extension to Offer Winter Wellness Series: New Year, New YOU!

Cape May Court House, NJ – The Family and Community Health Sciences (FCHS) Department of Rutgers Cooperative Extension Center, Cape May Court House, announces its Winter Wellness Series, New Year, New YOU!

This 4 week series, will be held on Tuesday evenings from 6:00-7:30 pm beginning February 2nd at Rutgers Cooperative Extension Center in Cape May Court House
located at 355 Courthouse-South Dennis Road. (Turn at the light at ACCC, it is the first building on the right). The building is handicap accessible.

Each class will discuss overall nutrition and wellness. Topics will focus on simple ways to improve your nutrition such as meal planning, eating on a budget, healthy snack choices and healthier recipe options.

Rutgers Cooperative Extension Center presents New Year, New YOU as the first of the wellness series. Future wellness classes will also be available. "We want to help educate our community about the importance of nutrition and give individuals the tools they need to begin creating a healthier lifestyle," says Rutgers FCHS Educator, Marilou Rochford.

The charge for this program is $25.00 and advanced registration is required. Please call Marian at (609) 465-5115, ext. “609” by January 25, 2016 to register, or for more information.
