4-H Fair visitors will have brand new picnic tables to sit upon as they enjoy their annual Chicken Bar-B-Que feast this year. The Cape May County Board of Agriculture and the Cape May County 4-H Foundation, Inc. partnered to purchase 20 new picnic tables this year. Eli Huber, left, of Narvon, PA, hauled the Amish-crafted tables to the 4-H Fairgrounds in Cape May Court House, and Matt Leonowski, right, of Advantage Rental & Sales, unloaded them. The two organizations plan to purchase 20 new tables annually until all older tables have been replaced. The 4-H Fair will take place July 16-18 with the Chicken Bar-B-Que beginning at 5:00 pm nightly. Fair hours are noon to 9:00 p.m. on Thursday and Friday, July 16 and 17. The fair will open at a brand new time of 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 18 and be open until 10:00 p.m. For more information, visit www.cmc4h.com or Facebook at Cape May County 4-H Foundation.
