Cape May Court House - The Pitchforks & Buckets 4-H Club will host the 6th Annual Cape Rabbit Show on Saturday, May 18 at 9 a.m., doors will open at 7 a.m. The show, sanctioned by the American Rabbit Breeders Association (ARBA), will take place at the Lockwood 4-H Youth Center, located on the 4-H fairgrounds at 355 Court House-S. Dennis Rd., Cape May Court House.

In the past, more than 3,000 rabbits, of a variety of breeds, and 250 guinea pigs have been part of this event which includes two open shows, two youth shows and several breed specialty shows throughout the day.
ARBA is an organization dedicated to the promotion, development and improvement of the domestic rabbit and cavy. With over 23,000 members throughout the United States, Canada, and abroad, their members range from the pet owner with one rabbit or cavy to the breeder or commercial raiser with several hundred animals.

Visitors are welcome to come see the shows until 4 p.m. The Pitchforks & Buckets 4-H Club will be selling food and refreshments during the event.
The 4-H Youth Development Program is part of Rutgers Cooperative Extension. 4-H educational programs are offered to all youth, grades K-13, on an age-appropriate basis, without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
