Directions

1. Take Garden State Parkway Exit 11 to Crest Haven Road. Head East on Crest Haven Road.
2. Take the first left off Crest Haven Road.
3. Follow 0.2 miles and turn right at the brown sign marked “Health Department" for entrance into the parking lot. Handicapped parking and easy access are available.
